Local Delicatessen, The Norfolk Deli from Hunstanton continues its

habit of giving an identity to its sandwiches (for example the Chelsea

-by-Sea and The Hunstanton Cliffs) by naming a limited season

version of one of their popular quiches.


“It’s important to us to buy local wherever possible” said Mark, it is

with that philosophy that Mark & Rosie buy their hens eggs from a free

range farm in East Rudham, fresh crab (delivered daily throughout the

summer) from Well-next-the Sea and Samphire is harvested for us

from a number of secret locations along the local Norfolk coast. “when

you look at the ingredients, there was really only one name we could give this quiche” said Mark.


The “Norfolk Coast” quiche would be a wonderful addition to of one our luxury picnics this summer said Rosie.
